When referring to "Customers", we are referencing businesses as well as individuals who use our Service(s) and Platform(s).

This Privacy Policy will act as a General Policy to be applied to all Moducore, LLC Digital Properties. This Privacy Policy may also be applied in situations where our Customers do not have an active or sufficient Privacy Policy.

We do not support Do Not Track (“DNT”).

10. Service Providers

We may employ third-party companies and individuals to perform services on our behalf from time to time in Canada, and the United States of America. As an example, we use Microsoft, Google and Digital Ocean as hosting providers. We may share information with these service providers subject to our obligations consistent with this Privacy Policy and any other appropriate confidentiality and security measures.

We share your payment information with our payment service provider Stripe. Stripe processes our commerce transactions including, but not limited to Apply Pay, Credit Card transactions, Debit, Interact and Visa and MasterCard Debit transactions. We also use Stripe to detect and prevent fraud, investigate fraud and other prohibited activities; facilitate dispute resolution such as chargebacks or refunds; and for other purposes associated with the acceptance of credit and debit cards.

These third-parties have access to your Personal Information only to perform specific tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use your information for any other purpose.

11. Communications

We may use your Personal Information to contact you with newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information that may be of interest to you. If you are located outside Canada and the United States of America, and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer the information, including Personal Information, to our cloud infrastructure across Canada and the United States of America and process it there.

This Privacy Policy is effective as of November 9, 2023 and will remain in effect except with respect to any changes in its provisions in the future, which will be in effect immediately after being posted on this page.
